Well, we’re heading into summer down here, but that doesn’t affect my reading schedule… I’d like to finish Joe Abercrombie’s “The First Law” trilogy… need to save up, though, as even the ebooks are expensive, and my library doesn’t have it… Will work towards that.
And I plan to continue on with Peter V Brett’s “Demon Cycle” trilogy, too.
Otherwise, I’d like to try some Veronica Rossi, because I hear she’s good.
Am looking forwad to lots more fantasy reading in general. There’s just so much out there!
Very excited for King’s “Doctor Sleep” and Jhumpa Lahiri’s “The Lowland”. In fact, so excited, I keep putting them off because I don’t want to be done with them. How screwy is that?
Robert Jordan’s The Shadow Rising (WOT); Essential Tales of Chekhov; Robin McKinley’s The Hero and the Crown; HP and the Deathly Hallows; Riordan’s House of Hades….hopefully I get through all these
Oh man, you’ll have to tell me what you think of McKinley’s Hero and the Crown! I loved that book so much when I first read it, but I’ve been nervous to reread it as an adult. What if it doesn’t hold up!
I’m trying to finish the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. But since I’m only on book 4, it might stretch beyond winter, lol.
I gave up around Book 8 — good luck!
